By accessing or using Vorynth, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of Vorynth, including users with early or trial access.

2. Service Description

Vorynth is a decision laboratory and finance tool that provides structured environments for evaluating choices, modeling consequences, and maintaining records of outcomes. Vorynth is not a financial advisor and does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. Vorynth is currently in development. Features, availability, and access terms may change without notice.

3. Not Financial Advice

Nothing within Vorynth constitutes financial, investment, legal, or professional advice of any kind. Vorynth provides tools for structured self-evaluation. All decisions and their consequences are entirely the user's own responsibility. Rifid Software LLC is not liable for any financial outcomes resulting from use of the service.

4. Access And Eligibility

Access to Vorynth is granted at the discretion of Rifid Software LLC. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service. We reserve the right to grant, limit, suspend, or terminate access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use Vorynth to violate any applicable law or regulation, interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure, or use the service in any way that could harm Rifid Software LLC or other users.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of the decision records and financial data you create within Vorynth. By using the service, you grant Rifid Software LLC a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. 7. Intellectual Property

Vorynth, its design, codebase, and content are the intellectual property of Rifid Software LLC. Vorynth™ is a trademark of Rifid Software LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

Vorynth is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Rifid Software LLC does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Decision and financial outcomes depend entirely on the user's own judgment — the system provides structure, not results.

9. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rifid Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Vorynth, including any financial losses resulting from decisions evaluated using the service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

11. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account holders before taking effect. Continued use of Vorynth after notification constitutes acceptance.
