Vorynth Scope is a personal performance tracking app built by Rifid Software LLC. This policy explains what data we collect, how we store it, and what rights you have over it.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your performance records for advertising or model training. We do not serve ads. Your data exists to serve you — nothing else.

  1. Who We Are

    Vorynth Scope is operated by Rifid Software LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Questions about this policy: support@rifid.co.

  2. Information We Collect

    We collect only what is necessary to operate the service:

    • Account information — your email address and display name, provided during email signup or Apple Sign-In. If you use Apple Sign-In, Apple may relay a private email address on your behalf.
    • Performance data — Areas, Sessions (including expected and actual durations), Targets, Milestones, and any notes you create within the app. All records are stored on our cloud infrastructure and accessible only to you.
    • Subscription information — your subscription status (Free or Pro), managed through Apple In-App Purchase and RevenueCat. We do not store your payment card details — Apple handles all payment processing.
    • Technical data — authentication tokens and session identifiers required for security and infrastructure. We do not collect behavioral data for advertising purposes.
  3. How We Use Your Information

    Your data is used solely to provide Vorynth Scope functionality:

    • Authenticate your account and maintain your session
    • Store and retrieve your Areas, Sessions, Targets, and Milestones
    • Verify and manage your subscription status through Apple and RevenueCat
    • Send essential account and service communications

    We do not use your data to build advertising profiles, train external AI models, or generate revenue from your information in any form.

  4. Third-Party Services

    Vorynth Scope uses the following third-party services to operate:

    • Supabase — database and authentication provider. Your data is stored on Supabase's secure infrastructure, hosted in the United States. Supabase processes data as a subprocessor under contract with Rifid Software LLC and does not have independent rights to your data. Supabase Privacy Policy
    • Apple In-App Purchase — processes all subscription payments. Apple handles all payment card data. We receive only your subscription status — never your payment details.

    We do not share your performance records, session data, or notes with any third party for any purpose beyond operating the service as described above.

  5. Data Storage and Security

    All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Your records are stored on Supabase with row-level security policies — every record is scoped to your authenticated account. No other user can access your data.

  6. Data Retention and Deletion

    We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app. Deletion is permanent — once executed, your data cannot be recovered. We may retain records required for legal or financial compliance (such as payment records) as required by law.

  7. Your Rights

    You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

    • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
    • Correction — update your account information within the app.
    • Deletion — delete your account and all associated data from within the app, or request deletion by contacting us.
    • Portability — request an export of your records.
    • Opt-out — opt out of non-essential analytics by contacting us.

  8. Children's Privacy

    Vorynth Scope is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@rifid.co and we will delete it promptly.

  9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

    If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information.   10. International Users

    Vorynth Scope is operated from the United States. Your data is stored on infrastructure hosted in the United States. If you are accessing the app from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the app, you consent to this transfer.

  11. Changes to This Policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the app or sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
