Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 27, 2026

Vorynth Scope is a subscription-based digital service sold exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple is the merchant of record for all payments.

1. Subscription Billing

   Vorynth Scope Pro is billed on a recurring basis — monthly ($4.99/month) or annually ($34.99/year) — depending on the plan selected at checkout. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not retroactively refund charges already processed, except where stated below.

2. Free Tier

   The Free tier has no cost. Refunds do not apply.

3. How to Request a Refund

   Because all payments are processed by Apple, refund requests must be submitted through Apple's official refund tool at reportaproblem.apple.com. Rifid Software LLC cannot process refunds directly — Apple controls the billing relationship.

4. Billing Errors

   If you experience a duplicate charge or billing discrepancy, contact us at support@rifid.co. Include your account email, plan type (monthly or annual), and the date of the charge. We will investigate and assist with resolution through Apple where appropriate.

5. Cancellation

   Cancel your subscription at any time: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Vorynth Scope → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period to prevent the next renewal charge. You retain access to Pro features until the end of the paid period.

6. Processing

   Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Apple. Processing times vary.
