These Terms of Service govern your use of Vorynth Scope, a personal performance tracking app operated by Rifid Software LLC. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

  1. About Vorynth Scope

    Vorynth Scope is a personal performance tracking application. It allows you to organize life into Areas of focus, log time through Sessions, set measurable Targets, and define Milestones. The app records intended versus actual time allocations to surface honest performance signals. Vorynth Scope is a tool for self-directed tracking — it does not constitute professional coaching, financial advice, or medical guidance of any kind.

  2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 13 years old to use Vorynth Scope. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

  3. Your Account

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@rifid.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

    You may not create more than one account per person, or create an account on behalf of another person without their consent.

  4. Subscription and Billing

    Subscription plan: Vorynth Scope Pro

    Monthly price: $4.99 per month (USD)

    Annual price: $34.99 per year (USD)

    Billing: Automatically renewing — monthly or annually, based on your selected plan

    Free tier: Core tracking features available without a subscription

    Trial: No free trial period unless explicitly stated at time of purchase

    Vorynth Scope Pro is sold exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

    Cancellation: Cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's App Store subscription settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to Pro features until that date. No refunds for partial billing periods.

    Price changes: We may change the subscription price with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the subscription after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

    All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's payment terms. Rifid Software LLC does not store your payment card details. For billing questions, contact Apple Support.

  5. Your Content

    You retain full ownership of the data you create in Vorynth Scope — your Areas, Sessions, Targets, Milestones, and any notes. By storing data in the app, you grant Rifid Software LLC a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the service.

    We do not use your performance data for advertising, model training, or any purpose beyond delivering the app's features as described in our Privacy Policy.

  6. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
    • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the app or its infrastructure
    • Use automated tools to access or scrape the app
    • Share your account credentials with others
    • Use the app in any way that could harm other users or third parties
  7. Intellectual Property

    Vorynth Scope, its design, features, and all content created by Rifid Software LLC are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

    The Vorynth Scope name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Rifid Software LLC.

  8. Disclaimers

    Vorynth Scope is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

    Vorynth Scope is a personal tracking tool — it is not a financial advisor, productivity coach, or professional service. Data and signals presented in the app do not constitute advice of any kind. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on information displayed in the app.

  9. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rifid Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

  10. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting support@rifid.co. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  11. Governing Law

    These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

  12. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the app or sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
